WebResults offers cloud IT services and specializes in delivering projects tailored to support your company’s sales, marketing, and customer service processes since 1999.

As a certified partner of Microsoft, Salesforce and Marketo, WebResults designs and implements CRM solutions (sales, marketing, service, and social) for several customers, mostly utilities and manufacturing companies.

The Italian company has a team of 130 professionals, with revenues of 9.5 million euros (FY17).

WebResults brings to its customers agile and flexible solutions complemented by innovative tools to let them react in real time to a demanding market and continuously improve their business processes.

WebResults was founded in 1999 to offer web based applications as an Application Service Provider (ASP) through own servers hosted by major Italian ISPs at their data centers in Milano and Genova.

Our first applications included custom e-commerce, marketing automation, and sales force automation solutions backed by Microsoft technology and supported by our own designed GUIs (HTML, Javascript, and CSS), a recognized value by our customers who favored and selected our offerings.

Our premier customers were multinational and Italian companies needing remote access to their IT data and applications, as well as government and public administration offices (education and healthcare).

WebResults has ever since been part of the Microsoft Partner Program with continuosly trained and certified developers.

In 2004 WebResults partnered with Salesforce, a growing company founded in 1999 (the same year our company) who had a monolithic mission: to be the leader of sales force automation applications delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS), namely wherever and whenever a browser and an internet connection was available.

The underlying state of the art technology used by Salesforce platform, positioned it as a winner for the coming years, and as a sound solution we could propose and sponsor to our customers:

  • Multitenant application, fully scalable for performance and cost
  • Object oriented design with superior configuration flexibility and point and click programming
  • Simplified ordering and commissioning
  • A virtual instance for every customer holding its specific customizations
  • An Oracle database as core technology
  • Secure remote access with HTTPS
  • Logical and physical data security

Furthermore APIs were available to integrate with external applications by exchanging data streams with web service technologies.

In 2006, Salesforce platform was extended and opened to customers and developers letting them to add custom code to further enhance and tailor features to their specific needs. This enabled the most demanding customers to consider and adopt this technology and easily adapt the platform to meet the requirements, and the consolidated and existing processes of large organizations.

This move opened two the market to two new scenarios:

  • Large organizations could now use the platform for even mission critical applications (i.e. Japan Post with 80 thousand users)
  • Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) could offer their services and have applications published for sale and immediate installation on the AppExchange dedicated apps portal
We target three different clusters of customers for delivering Salesforce based solutions with different offerings:

  • Small business wanting to automate their sales force with a ready to go solution. We offer them training and support to adopt Salesforce solutions
  • Large companies who need extreme software performances and very tight integrations with their enterprise applications for mission critical CRM applications, such as handling their service processes
  • Organizations who adopt the standard platform with its off the shelf CRM features and need to integrate some data streams with their corporate ERP

Our traditional commitment to Microsoft .NET is also worth to note in order to address requests of additional services to be integrated with Salesforce solutions.
